I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in the states of Alabama with 5 years of professional work experience. I have worked with and still work with individuals, groups, couples with various conflicts and problems. I have extensive experience in helping clients with addictions and severe mental illness such as bipolar or schizophrenia, stress and anxiety, depression, coping with grief and loss, & anger management.
My approach is warm and collaborative helping my clients to find their strengths. I use a different approach's Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Client-Centered Therapy, some methods from Dialectical Behavior Therapy. (DBT), I believe in treating everyone with respect, dignity, worth, sensitivity, and compassion. We will work together to create a treatment plan with the goals to meet your unique and specific needs. It takes a-lot of courage to seek help. I admire you for taking this step.

He listens, gives sound advice and offers a variety of different coping mechanisms to work with. Also, he cares. He’s always checking in and makes you feel like he’s really in this with you. Highly recommend.
