I am licensed in New York with 25 years of professional work experience. My background is in relationship therapy, body oriented psychotherapy and mindfulness training. I am a deeply philosophical person and enjoy working with clients who have a spiritual practice, be it religious or otherwise. I have experience in helping clients with mood disorders, relationship issues & love working with parents. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and, I also have a good sense of humor ????.
