I am grateful for the opportunity to serve people struggling with anxiousness distress, depression, and trauma related conditions. My clinical goal is always to help build a therapeutic relationship that is supported by trust, authenticity & compassion. My experience of 15 yrs. is working with adults, children & families, crisis management, and mental health services for military veterans. I appreciate the info as we touched based on some adhd issues but I want to dive into issues and see results and hope to change some bad behaviors by understanding why I took that action or reacted in that way
