Dr. Rose has been great, the best therapist I’ve worked with so far. He’s really understanding, and has tons of experience. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

I joined betterhelp because I wanted to change. Really change. I was tired… so tired of being miserable, negative, and confused… just lost in murky waters and struggling to find my way out again.

With Dr. Rose’s help, I’ve begun to shed my hardened shell and put down the weapons I’d developed over the years to protect myself during life’s struggles. Instead, I am learning again what it’s like to be positive and gentle with myself and the world around me… and I am looking in the mirror without criticism or shame, but with curiosity, gratitude and grace. I am feeling like me again… and Dr. Rose has really helped me connect with myself again so that my world moving forward can start to reflect who I genuinely am rather than what I fear.

Thank you Dr. Rose. Thank you. You have been a God-send and these sessions have been both inspiring and humbling. I have learned quite a bit from you.

My cup truly runneth over.
