About me
I am a Masters level clinician and National Certified Counselor (NCC) who is licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey (LPC) with 20+ years of professional work experience. My work experience includes diverse clients from preschool aged through young adults. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, depression, anger management, emotional regulation, sensory issues, motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I also have experience with parenting issues, ADHD related concerns and neurodiverse clients.
My therapeutic approach is comprised of elements from Cognitive Behavioral, Solution-Focused, and Client-Centered Therapy as well as techniques based on Mindfulness and overall wellness.
Treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion is very important to me and I will seek to establish a genuine, caring therapeutic relationship with my clients.
