I am licensed in Colorado and Texas with over 11 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & depression. in part by using the ABC model of Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy.

(REBT) is a form of therapy that helps you identify self-defeating thoughts and feelings, challenge the nature of irrational and unproductive feelings, and replace them with healthier, more productive beliefs and behaviors.
