She's very attentive and cheerful, and is great about reminding me of my goals and weekly tasks. I feel understood and cared for when I talk to her, and I always end our sessions feeling better.

I returned to BetterHelp after a little over a year of no therapy and was assigned to Deanna. From the first session, Deanna has been compassionate, understanding, and provided a safe space to share my worries and challenges. Deanna checks in via text when I am having a rough week and has been easy to work with when my work schedule changes to find an alternative time to meet. We have worked on a variety of topics including: depression, anxiety, PTSD, and ADHD… and the woes of midlife changes impacting all of those conditions. I have recommended Deanna to others interested in trying online therapy. Overall, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
