Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Debbie Silva. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

My match with Debbie was the perfect match! Initially I only planned to use Better Help while in-between insurance. However, I'm so happy with services that I'm staying with Debbie. As a chicana it is important to me that I have a therapist that has and understanding of my culture and the challenges that come along with breaking generational traumas and being a first generation college student. Beyond that bonus. Debbie is knowledgeable in many areas and gently pushes me out of my comfort zone to think about new behaviors and how to apply them to my life. Since being in therapy my anxiety has decreased and I have obtained new tools to manage my ADHD. I couldn't imagine graduate school without Debbie's support.

Debbie is amazing with her listening as well as her feedback. I feel she has an immense amount of compassion, respect and empathy. In just a short time she has helped me navigate through childhood traumas, grief, and realizing my self worth. She is timely with her responses and even provides resources that she think would be helpful, they always are! I’m so grateful for Debbie, I wish everyone could find a therapist as great as her!

Debbie has helped navigate me through my darkest day and if I wasn't for her, I don't know where I'd be. I've always felt seen and heard and she helped me love myself, and for that I'm forever grateful. She really is the best.

Debbie is literally the best. I have made such huge strides in only a year because of all the tools she has taught me. She’s understanding and listens, calls me out when I need to be, so supportive, and I couldn’t have asked for a better therapist. I’ve had another one before (not through BetterHelp) and she was great but not compared to Debbie.

Debbie is the best. She actively listens and supports me. I have grown and learned a lot about myself through her guidance. I think everyone should have someone like Debbie to talk to. She encourages me, reminds me of my strengths, and challenges me to recognize and nurture my confidence.
