Really great listener, fast communication, and gave me great coping skills

Written on Dec 01, 2024 after therapy with Debby for 3 weeks on issues concerning depression, stress, anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, intimacy-related issues, eating disorders, parenting issues, self esteem, anger management, and career difficulties

She makes me feel comfortable like talking with a fresh with really good advice and a different way of looking at a situation. She also doesn't force you to deal with anything too difficult when your not ready to deal with it yet. She also keeps things as realistic and applicable as possible. I have learned a lot about myself in a short amount of time and have been working to change things that are not working for me. All in all she's one of the best therapists I've had.

I’ve been working with Debby for some time now, and I can’t speak highly enough about the impact she has had on my well-being. From our very first session, she created a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental environment where I felt comfortable opening up. She is an attentive listener and has an incredible ability to offer thoughtful advice that’s both practical and insightful. Her guidance has helped me navigate some difficult moments in my life, and I always leave our sessions feeling more grounded and equipped with tools to manage my challenges. I truly appreciate her dedication and the personalized approach she brings to each session. I would highly recommend Debby to anyone seeking meaningful and supportive therapy.
