About me
I am licensed in New York State with 20 years of experience as a clinical therapist and 15 years of experience in the field of healthcare. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with grief and loss, motivation, self esteem, anger management, confidence and depression.
My experience comes from providing direct mental health services to adults over the age of 18. I take a holistic approach to wellness and my counseling style is warm, caring, supportive and interactive.
My experience is varied and I utilize strategies and techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, phychoeducation, Neurolinguistic Practice (NLP) and client centered therapy.
Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. Whether you choose to work towards enlightenment, increased insight or improved symptom management, I hope we can work together to develop a plan to achieve this.
