About me

I am a UK-accredited therapist with over three years of professional experience, supporting individuals through a wide range of mental health challenges. My expertise includes helping clients manage stress, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions. I believe that everyone deserves a safe and supportive space to explore their thoughts and emotions, gain clarity, and develop healthier coping strategies.

I understand that mental health is deeply personal, and no two journeys are the same. That’s why I take an open, non-judgmental approach, working collaboratively with you to explore the root of your struggles and find practical, effective solutions. My goal is to help you regain balance, build emotional strength, and navigate life’s ups and downs with greater confidence and self-awareness.

Deborah has been helping me through face to face sessions for over 10 weeks now. She is kind, patient, understanding and provides advice and support backed by a wealth of knowledge. She challenges my patterns of thinking in just the right way without being forceful and I can tell she’s taken the time to internalize the things I tell her as she refers back to something said in a session over a month ago with such ease. I feel very lucky to have found such a good match for my needs and have felt a massive improvement, both through my assessment scores and general well-being since starting therapy with her. What a wonderful lady!

Deborah is a wonderful therapist. In the last few months I have been working with her, she really has seen me through all my ups and downs. Deborah never fails to make feel heard, seen and understood. She even asked what she could do to reach and meet my needs.
Deborah really does create a wonderful safe environment, from my very first session, to now.
It takes me a while to talk about things, and sometimes I prefer writing my feelings and thoughts down, and Deborah respects and encourages that.
It feels so calming to have someone understand what I'm going through and challenge me to face my fears and anxieties. I never feel any pressure or unease when I talk with Deborah. I'm very pleased to be working with Deborah, and having her guide me through my growth journey. I would absolutely recommend her.
