Written on Feb 17, 2022 after therapy with Deborah for 2 months on issues concerning depression, stress, anxiety, parenting issues, self esteem, and adhd
Dr. Gipple has helped me a lot since day one. I have had therapy in the past but was not very successful, and this time I needed someone that would make connections between my thoughts now, my past experiences and causes/reasons, etc. And at the same time, that would give me “homework” or teach me how to be/act better in specific situations. She actually made me realize something really important on day one, and after that, she has been amazing. She has a lot of experience, and she asks the right questions to get to the key matters. She always answers my messages in a timely manner and I can’t be happier. I know that she’s there for me.
Healing and growing takes time, the magic does not always happen at the beginning of therapy, but I’m making progress quickly because she is helping a lot.
