I really appreciate Deb's approach. She listens to me, asks relevant questions to drill down to the root of the issue, and then she offers insightful feedback. The time I spend with her is meaningful and valuable and I come away with some ideas on how to address my issues in a more efficient manner. She is also supportive of my efforts and accomplishments to make changes to myself. I would recommend her to anyone who appreciates a direct, solutions-based approach.
