We all experience stress in life, complications in relationships, confusion with goals and desires, Uncertainty about the future and decisions that we have made can make us lose touch with who we are and what makes us truly fulfilled and happy. Traumatic events from the past can cloud that vision even more. We can work together to gain insight into who you truly are and how you can create the life you want. Whatever reasons you may have for reaching out at this moment, I am ready to work with you as part of a collaborative relationship in which you will be respected, supported, and free to express your feelings and talk about anything without fear of judgment. I will actively listen and help guide you in identifying personal gifts, abilities, and resources you possess. Together we can effectively meet your needs and goals.

Deborah is a wonderful person and an awesome therapist. She helped me to go through the worst period of my life, learning me how to empower myself and how to recognise and avoid my mistakes. Thanks to her, I feel to have become a better person and to have reached important results. Her advices are always with me, inside my mind, and guide me during everyday choices.

Ms. Newell has been an incredible support for me for the last six months. Speaking with her during our weekly sessions is always enlightening. She is an excellent, compassionate listener who offers considered, thoughtful, and relevant responses. I was first connected with her through BetterHelp when I sought assistance for compassion fatigue, stress/depression/anxiety, and coping with life changes, and it was the best stroke of fortune I have had in years. Through her approach in counseling, I was able to identify and tackle specific challenges I faced and, at present, am working on preparing for future transitions to new life changes. She is someone I would strongly recommend to others struggling with similar issues.

I feel really seen when I talk to Deborah. She's non-judgmental and works with you no matter what your goals are. She's impeccable about responding during the week on non-appointment days. I definitely feel stronger having Deborah on my team.
