Deborah has a no-nonsense approach, and doesn't "mollycoddle" me... I really like that. She offers practical advice in straight forward terminology.

Deborah has always made me feel listened to, validated and seen. After being hesitant to begin this journey Deborah immediately put me at ease, understood my concerns and helped me to focus on my desired areas of growth. She has helped and guided me in working towards where I would like to be and breaking the negative thought patterns that had consumed me for so long. She has a wealth of knowledge and wisdom, both personal and professional and it shows in our sessions. She provides a non judgmental and warm environment to talk, speak, rant and really unpick any thoughts or issues that may be impacting your life. I cannot recommend Deborah highly enough, she has guided and helped me so much on my own personal journey and I couldn’t be more grateful.
