I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California with over 40 years of professional experience, including a 28-year career with the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation and four years as a medical social worker in a hospital setting. As an African American and Biracial therapist, I bring a unique perspective and understanding to my practice, appreciating the importance of culture and identity in shaping our experiences.

My extensive background has given me the privilege of helping individuals navigate challenges such as stress, anxiety, family conflicts, grief, loss, and depression. I am committed to providing a safe, respectful, and compassionate space where you can feel heard and supported.
