I am licensed in the state of Idaho and have 15 years of professional work experience with varying and diverse populations. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, motivation, self esteem, confidence, & depression. I also have experience working with coping with the changes life can bring. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and joyful life takes someone who is serious about their readiness for change.
My practice hours are in the MST time zone 1pm - 4pm Mondays (except holidays) Thursdays (except holidays), 1pm - 4pm. You can also book a live session with me ahead of time during those times too.
