About me
I am a mental health therapist licensed in Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina and Georgia with 20 years of experience. I specialize in trauma informed therapy and have helped many people who have experienced trauma, abuse or sexual assault.
My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic and trauma informed therapy. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. I believe that as individuals we are holistic beings with physical, mental and spiritual needs. We will encompass all of these dynamics in our sessions together to ensure your holistic healing and wellbeing.

Deidre McLeod is so lovely to talk to and so intelligent and professional. I truthfully don’t feel that I understood the benefit of therapy until I began talking with her.
