The best therapist on this app hands down

I was putting therapy off for a while, for it was an intimidating premise. However with the help of Dr Stewart, I've already seen a change in multiple things, me and my partners relationship, my disordered eating, my mood and depressive breakdowns. My partner also thinks I'm doing better. I'm more driven and don't spend my days in bed, I go outside more and I'm smiling more! Though I've only had a few meetings with Dr Stewart, I'm grateful for his support. He's friendly, always wears a smile, offers active advice (eg attending groups, meditation ect) and is funny too. Thank you for your help thus far!
