About me

Professional Summary:

With over 15 years of professional experience, I am a dedicated Counselling Psychologist and career coach committed to helping individuals navigate personal and professional challenges. My expertise encompasses a wide range of areas, including relationship issues, family conflicts, career transitions, and mental health concerns such as depression. I believe in the inherent potential for growth within each individual and collaborate with my clients to identify their strengths and aspirations, crafting tailored strategies to overcome obstacles.

Counselling Psychology Approach

As a qualified Psychodynamic Counsellor, I focus on understanding how past experiences and unconscious processes influence current thoughts and behaviours. I prioritize creating a strong therapeutic relationship, ensuring a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their emotions and thoughts. My goal is to foster self-awareness and insight, empowering clients to work through their challenges and achieve emotional well-being.

I understand that seeking help can feel overwhelming, but I am here to support you on your journey toward a more fulfilling life. Together, we will explore your experiences, understand their impact, and work toward healing and growth.

Career Coaching Approach

As a qualified career coach, I specialize in administering widely recognized psychometric and personality assessments, including the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). These assessments provide valuable insights into your personality traits, preferences, and work styles, enabling us to identify suitable career paths and enhance your professional development.

In addition, I have extensive experience in administering assessment centres for major public and private sector organizations across the UK, USA, and the Middle East. This experience equips me with unique insights into organizational dynamics and effective career advancement strategies. My goal is to empower you with the tools and knowledge necessary to navigate your career successfully, identify your aspirations, and overcome professional challenges.

Commitment to Your Journey:

My commitment to your journey extends beyond traditional therapy and coaching; I aim to empower you to achieve personal and professional success. Let’s embark on this transformative journey together, unlocking your true potential and helping you create a fulfilling and balanced life.

As soon as I first spoke to Dr Constantine-Simms I immediately felt at ease which is a first for me, he’s very polite, well spoken and has a friendly and positive spirit which made me want to talk for days! I’ve had two sessions now in which I feel I’ve already made great progress and I look forward to our sessions each week! I would without a doubt recommend him to work with everyone!

Very to the point therapist. Doesn’t small talk. Keeps to the topic and asks very good questions .

Dr Delroy got right into the point, and challenged me rather quickly to allow me see my weak spots, my opportunities to learn and grow as a human being, as a father, as a husband.

I highly recommend Dr Delroy, he is not a sugar counting person and gets directly into the issue, also he not only listens and share his points of view, but also ask me to participate and talk along with him to share perspectives.

Delroy has been such a great help, in even a relatively short time we’ve built such a good rapport. He is great at what he does.
