At first, I had reservations about Betterhelp and whether this platform could truly provide the help I needed. But I was wrong, and I am glad I was wrong. In addition, I am glad I was matched with Dr. Clarke; she has been really helpful. Her non-judgmental, compassionate, and motivational approach to therapy has been really helpful.

Having never had therapy before, I didn't know what to expect or how I would find it. However, Denise made me feel very relaxed and heard from the first session, without judgement. I love her very calm approach, which would make anyone feel at ease. I was happy that I got matched with her. Many thanks.
