Denise has the know how to read me immediately. I didn't hold back on conversation, and when I talked about what I thought I needed, she'd already sent me docs/worksheets, and on point suggestions for dealing with my acute stress.

Her skills and encouragement has opened a new perspective that I would never would have figured out by reading self help books or listening to any help podcasts. I have many issues that she breaks down in easy to understand basics and is helping me solve each problem piece by piece.
