Hi, and welcome to the Better Help community! My name is Denise Muse, and I work as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (L.C.S.W.) in the state of Tennessee. I have had 20 years of experience providing counseling for adults and teenagers who are experiencing a wide range of life challenges. My practice style is client centered, non-judgmental, collaborative and strengths based. My favorite methodologies are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Trauma Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Grief Support and Authentic Happiness.
