I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of New York with more than ten years of practice experience working with individuals who have experienced a variety of mental health challenges including, depression, anxiety, trauma, and grief. I have a passion for supporting those struggling to maintain emotional health and wellness by offering guidance in an array of therapeutic activities.
My therapy style is warm, genuine, and straightforward. My goal is to provide you a space to share your story and receive support in developing goals we will work through together. Specific intervention approaches will be selected with your input and may include Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy.
