About me

Life event changes can be overwhelming and difficult. Figuring out a way to handle these changes can feel like an unimaginable task and asking for help can be a vulnerable step. Working together, I can help guide you through this difficult time and support your goals of emotional wellbeing.

I am a graduate of The Ohio State University with a Master's Degree in Social Work. I am a licensed independent social worker in Ohio (LISW) and clinical social worker in Florida (LCSW). I hold a certification in case management (CCM). My clinical work began in medical social work, providing therapy and care coordination to patients and families adjusting to chronic medical illness, disability, and loss. In 2020, I started Live, Balance, & Access Therapy LLC, where I expanded my work to support adults navigating new life paths and transitions.

I operate from a client centered perspective and use a combination of Solution Focused Therapy, Positive Psychology, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help my clients cope with challenging issues. My counseling style is warm and relational. We will work together to identify barriers and develop goals. I am committed to building a trusting relationship through listening, honesty, and empathy. I look forward to working with you and taking the first steps to feeling better.

Diana Lammers was an absolutely wonderful counselor to work with and I would recommend her to anyone struggling with anxiety, life changes, etc. She provided a safe space to be fully vulnerable and work towards healing which is no small feat to accomplish through an online modality. Her compassion, wisdom and careful attention to detail made me feel truly heard and allowed my feelings to be validated. I cannot recommend her enough for starting or continuing the process of "putting the pieces together" and bringing thoughts/ feelings into the light where they can be mended. Thank you, Diana!

She definitely focuses on your needs and gets right to the point. She has sent helpful worksheets for me to look at things from a different perspective.
