I’m 37 and this is my first time trying (much needed) therapy… Diana has been so amazingly helpful and telling her about my life has come so easily. In just the past few weeks I have felt to much lighter and I have a clearer view of the work I need to do for my future. I definitely appreciate this experience!

I think the biggest issue I have is the very limited amount of time per session. I never get to tell her anything about what's actually going on.

Brought me from having crippling anxiety, to being more calm and collected. 10/10 would recommend.

I already feel better after my first session with Diana Perez-Curry. She is a very good listener and guides you towards constructive, pro-active approaches to dealing with the issues you are experiencing. She works with you in sessions and also between sessions, using online tools, to define your goals and help you achieve them.
