Diana Soto, LCSW
About me
Hi, I’m Diana Soto--a Licensed Clinical Social Worker that understands how difficult it can be to reach out for help. If you have found yourself on this page, know that this is the first big step in your journey towards healing. Over the past 17 years I have had the privilege to work with individuals from all walks of life experiencing anxiety, depression, low self esteem, relationship issues, high stress, codependency, trauma as well as grief and loss to name a few.
My passion has always been to help others and now it has become my purpose—to walk with you on your journey to self-actualization and help you take back control of your life. In our therapy sessions, my goal is to provide you with a non-judgmental and collaborative space.
Everyone needs a little extra support and a safe space to be able to process what challenges you may be facing. I know life at times can get the best of us and it becomes hard to find our balance in the chaos of the day to day. Trauma is never your fault and together we can help you achieve your goals using your own unique strengths you already possess.

Diana has been such a huge part of my mental health journey. I was anxious about starting therapy again after trying a few therapists a few years ago and never finding the right fit. But Diana honestly felt like a friend right from the beginning. She creates such a safe, collaborative space and always makes me feel heard. Thanks D ❤️

Diana is a personable, warm and engaging therapist. She listens with genuine care and her open heart/mind make any subject feel safe. She is focused on actionable steps toward greater self awareness, and I have gained wonderful insights and tools from working with her. I have tried a handful of therapists throughout my life and Diana has been the most attentive and honest. You can tell she does this for the love of it and I am grateful to have the opportunity to work with her.

She listens with the intent to understand not with the intent to respond and that means a lot to me.
