Diane is an angel! The time we share is never enough, but she always leaves me feeling great about myself! I feel so comfortable sharing my inner world with her & she guides me away from the darkness. If you need better help, rest assured you're in the right hands

In only 2 sessions, I have felt even slightly stronger in my conflict resolution skills. She is reminding me that my anxiety is not ME, it is behaviour habits that can be broken free from, given time, patience, and experience using relevant coping skills.

I’ve had two sessions with Diane so far and I’m not one to talk to anyone about problems but she opened me up like a can and I’m really looking forward to my next one

Diane Conti is very understanding and she listens and understands what I’m trying to express even sometimes when words fail me and most importantly offers possible solutions. I like her and would strongly recommend her to anyone looking for a counselor/therapist.

Diane is an excellent counselor. I have worked with Diane for 14 months. Diane has helped me re-gain control of my mind and I've not felt like this in a long time. Diane is very kind, supportive and very understanding. I had regular live phone sessions and in between sessions Diane would message me to check how I was. Diane kept me informed all the time about her availability to book sessions and would fit me in at convenient times.
I can not thank her enough for everything she has done for me. I highly recommend Diane Conti and Better help. Thank you for everything.
