Diane has helped me come a long way in my mental health journey. I've grown a lot in the last year+ of meeting with her on a regular basis. I really appreciate that she listens well and is able to bring things up again from previous conversations we've had so I can revisit what I've said and feelings I've shared. This helps me also follow along in my own journey and connect certain dots for myself. She's also provided me with concrete things I can practice and work on over time.

Diane has helped me go through a current huge life change event over the last 5+ months. She helped me work through the day to day stressors, help me get myself cared for mentally and encourage me to do things for me. And she has helped me so much in becoming stronger and knowing I am stronger on times of trials and sorrows. I thank her so much for helping me! ❤️

Diane is wonderful! She takes notes and knows my story. I don't need to fill in areas we have already discussed. She is very knowledgeable and professional. Most importantly is she is caring, compassionate, engaged and genuine. She does not judge and has helped me greatly.
