Diane is wonderful! She allows me to show up for therapy in my own way, takes in what I'm saying and helps me achieve my goal by giving me better ways to cope and deal with certain situations. She understands that I understand a lot about myself and doesn't just go through the motions/basics like other therapists have for me. She gets down to the root of the issue and helps me work through them.

Diane is a wonderful addition to my life. I can discuss anything that I’ve been trying to work on and she has a link, or a routine ready to suggest. I have severe anxiety, depression & PTSD, ADHD & so on. I didn’t know if better help would work for me, but the 24/7 access to leave a message or text has helped me significantly.

Diane has been super responsive since day one. She has offered me both live (one session per week) and asynchronous messages, which she diligently replies to within 24h. I was not sure what to expect, but Diane understood where I stand from day 1 and has been a great guide. She is very respectful, great listener, and can pinpoint the important aspects on what I tell her. I feel I have done a great progress with her help in this first weeks of therapy. I highly recommend her!

I would highly recommend working with Diane Gores. She goes out of her way to understand you, what you would like to work on and always does so in a friendly way. She makes me feel comfortable to share my needs and explains techniques very simply and clearly, there's no confusion which I've had with techniques in councelling before. Working with Diane doesn't feel like councelling it feels like a conversation and she always makes sure that you feel your questions are answered.

I’m gonna preface this by saying I am NOT a therapy person. Always hated the idea of it. However, I ran into some very hard times and finally decided to try it because worst case it did nothing. Boy was I wrong. Diane is a very easy person to talk to. I’m normally pretty guarded, but I felt at ease pretty quickly and was able to talk about the issues at hand. Her insight was excellent. It made me reflect and figure out FOR MYSELF what I wanted and needed in order to pull out of the low spot I was in. I can’t recommend her enough. I consider myself lucky to have found such a good therapist on my first try.
Written on Sep 14, 2020 after therapy with Diane for 2 months on issues concerning depression, stress, anxiety, career difficulties, and coping with life changes
I only just started but I felt from the beginning that Diana listens to what I say and gives me very helpful advises. I only had one session with her so far - but we message in between as well which I really appreciate since one session is sometimes not enough time and then there is a two weeks gap between sessions: but wir gehe messages you can continuously communicate. However I prefer the video session generally.
Diana was very positive, friendly and gave me a feeling that made me comfortable telling her personal things -even though I did not know her before.
So thanks for that.
I am looking forward to work with Diane and hopefully find the answers that I am looking for with her help.

I have gone through quite a few therapists in my life. Diane is the only one who I feel like truly sees and respects me as a person. I look forward to talking to her and am willing to tell her my more “embarrassing” thoughts or feelings because I know she won’t ever judge me, but will meet me where I am at. Many counselors say they do this, but only few “walk the walk.” I appreciate Diane very much for her compassion.
