About me

My primary focus is using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help my clients process their thoughts, feelings and emotions. Though this is my primary counseling style, I use an eclectic range of therapy. Including but not limited to Solution Focus Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Reality Therapy. I have experience in working with adolescents, adults and the elderly. It is my passion and purpose to help equip people to become the best version of themselves. I apply my educational knowledge as a Clinical Mental Health Therapist by teaching practical applications. I am grateful to say I have been able to help people get through their most difficult times and life circumstances. I believe my desire to help people has given me a great level of success. I have many years of experience in marriage counseling, family counseling as well as christian counseling. My qualifications include a Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health from the University of Houston-Victoria, obtaining my National Certified Counselor certification and a Doctrine Degree in Theology. Through my experience I have been able to assist a diverse group of people in dealing with life circumstances. This has now equipped me with Evidence-Based Therapeutic Counseling tools to further advance my skills as a Counselor. I know that I am capable of helping people live their best lives and welcome the opportunity to prove it!
