Dina Smith, LPC
About me
Hello, my name is Dina! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Professional Organizer, and Coach. I have been working in a variety of treatment settings for over 11 years. I am licensed in Georgia since 2014 and have been Certified in TeleMental health since 2015.
I have experience helping clients with stress/anxiety, parenting issues, overcoming depression & building resiliency. I also have experience working with couples and families. My approach is solution-focused with a heavy focus on your beliefs. I believe that you are the expert of your story and have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
As a single mother, I understand the many hats that women wear and the struggle to find balance. I have a passion for helping women find their "guilt-free true north" and move from surviving to thriving.
Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started!
