About me

I am a licenced clinical social worker providing individual therapy in Maryland and Pennsylvania. I have 25 years of experience working with individuals facing a wide range of issues and stressors including depression, anxiety, LGBTQ+ issues, family issues, life challenges and healthy adjustment to life changes. I have extensive experience working with the aging population, caregivers, chronic and debilitating illness, and death and dying.
I believe that everyone deserves to be treated with respect, warmth, compassion and understanding. I believe a person is much more than a category or label and use a strengths based approach with multi-modal forms of therapy. I will work in collaboration with you to identify your goals and treatment needs and believe in open and honest dialogue that will empower you and assist you in meeting your goals.
