After a couple of sessions we Donna I am feeling much better. She subtly takes on board what I’m saying and gives honest and helpful advice / coping ideas. I’m so pleased to have her and would strongly recommend to anyone going through tricky times.

Donna is an amazing therapist. She is an active listener, making you feel safe, heard and understood, letting you just dump all your thoughts and feelings and organising and addressing them all after. She gives you insights about yourself that you don’t really recognise and she helps guide you to where you want to be. Checking in regularly you won’t feel alone with Donna. Really thankful for all the help she given me

I appreciate the support that Donna offers in our session. It feels like talking to a friend, I feel listened to and understood, and am encouraged to write her at any time. The fact that I can do that brings me a high level of relief. I’m really glad she was the first therapist I matched with.
