About me

I am a licensed PhD in Florida with 40 years of professional experience. Over these years, I have engaged in helping clients with stress and anxiety related issues and coping with grief, loss and depression. I especially enjoy working with folks my own age, commonly referred to as the "geriatric generations". I believe that you are the author of your own life story and that you have many strengths and life experiences that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. To participate in therapy can take courage and I look forward to meeting with you and your courage!
