Mission
My counseling work is driven by a deep commitment to equity and providing high-quality mental health services. I strive to foster positive change by listening to clients with compassion and assisting them in identifying and addressing what is hindering their growth. My goal is to empower individuals and families to overcome challenges, build resilience, and achieve meaningful, lasting change that promotes healing and emotional well-being.
With over 15 years of experience working with adults, children, and families, I have dedicated my career to fostering emotional well-being and resilience. My work is guided by a deep commitment to meeting people where they are, listening with compassion, and empowering them to navigate challenges and find solutions that align with their values and strengths.
Throughout my career, I have served in diverse roles, including Outpatient Therapist, Assessment & Referral Counselor, Crisis Assessor, Clinical Screener, Behavior Specialist Consultant, Mobile Therapist, Adjunct Teacher, Group Facilitator, Parent Educator, and leadership positions within the behavioral health field. These experiences have given me a profound understanding of the effects of adverse experiences, emotional dysregulation, and the challenges that arise in relationships, parenting, and life transitions.
