Life sometimes brings on our way experiences that are hard to handle on our own. These might be issues dealing with: Anxiety and stress, Depression, Grief and Loss, Loneliness, Relationship Conflicts, Difficult Life Transitions, Parenting Challenges, Identity Issues, Spiritual Direction, Boundaries, overcoming fears, Divorce experience, Recovery, Low Self-esteem, feeling of worthlessness, Career decision, etc.
As we face these challenges, we want to find a lasting solution or a way to live with some of these challenges.
Douglas is a therapist, counselor, coach, and Christian counselor, who can work and walk with you to channel a path that will lead you to your destiny. He counsels individuals, couples, and families utilizing cognitive behavior and other counseling modalities to meet personal needs.
Also, he uses faith-based approaches to meet the needs of those who desire faith-based counseling and guidance.
