Dustin has provided a very open space for me to express what's going on with me. He figures out fundamental questions to ask that really help me to figure out what I want, but also to really understand my situation better.

Dustin is kind, patient and he listens! Dustin takes time to understand you. He provides support in a way that is not pushy or passive. He allows you to go at your own pace while providing encouragement to push through your thoughts and any hesitation you may have. I appreciate the materials that are shared and then further discussed. He maintains communication without being overbearing.

Dustin is very caring, and I think he tries hard to make the individual feel comfortable by relating and sharing your experiences. I appreciate that he reaches out to me. I never feel like a bother even when I write him extremely long paragraphs. He really listens.
