About me
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, licensed in the state of South Carolina, a Master Addictions Counselor with the National Association for Addiction Professionals (NAADAC). I have been providing therapy for the past 20 years in the private and public’s sectors with a major focus on addiction, depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship problems, life transitions, stress and anger management.
I am here to help persons find solutions to their problems and live their best life. My therapeutic approach is very diverse, however utilize Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Enhancement Therapy and Motivational Interviewing just to name a few.
