About me

I am licensed in Alabama with 3 years of professional work experience. I received my Masters’ of Social Work from The University of Alabama. I have worked in the fields of foster care, child protection, and addiction.

I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, anger management, motivation/empowerment and coping with everyday life challenges. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.

I will work with you to provide empowerment, practical tools and techniques to help navigate your personal challenges. I enjoy getting to know my clients and what they want to achieve through therapy so they are able to live their best life. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started! I’m excited and look forward to working with you.

Currently, I am offering live appointments Friday-Sunday, with various times during those days. Live appointment times are typically 45 minute sessions, but can be 30 minutes.

Please do your best to be on time for sessions. If you are 15 minutes late, you will need to reschedule. If you need to cancel and reschedule please do so at least 24 hours in advance. If there is a scheduling issue, please let me know as soon as possible, I will do what I can to accommodate.
