I am dedicated to creating a safe and nurturing space where individuals feel empowered to explore their emotions and experiences. I have honed my skills in EMDR therapy, a powerful modality that deeply resonates with my commitment to holistic healing. My therapeutic approach is to promote emotional resilience and empowerment to unlock a sense of empowerment and self awareness. Nesha is so kind. She listens well and asks great questions to encourage me to go deep. She is patient and makes sure our time together is productive and fun. She provides a welcoming space to be transparent and accepted to be fully me!
