I have a very diverse client background working with adults, children, and families struggling with depression, anxiety, and grief. I cannot heal or fix you, but by using researched based therapeutic services, we can collectively develop and implement strategies and goals that give you the autonomy to heal and walk in freedom. My approach is open discussion, and you have the right to discuss, exhale, and let go of anything that you want in a nonjudgmental zone…It’s your world!
By utilizing counseling modalities such as, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Solution Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, I will work toward providing you the essentials you need to create a better you. Ekinia has helped me change my entire outlook. I had a lot of issues to work through, and most of them I didn’t totally realize I had. She’s been my therapist for almost a full year and I am so excited about all of the work we’ve done to get me in the spot I’m in today.
