About me
I am a dedicated counselling professional committed to nurturing your journey towards healing and self-discovery. My practice is a blend of warmth, understanding, and expert guidance, providing a safe and supportive space for your emotional well-being.
If you're feeling distressed and seeking a way to feel better, you're not alone. Life presents challenges that can feel overwhelming, and while friends and family are invaluable, sometimes professional support is needed. This may resonate with you.
You might be looking to address a specific problem or desire a deeper exploration of your life. My role is to support you in making sense of your feelings and experiences. Reaching out for help is a courageous step. As a counsellor, I've experienced this journey myself. In our sessions, I aim to offer you tailored support that meets your individual needs.
I welcome individuals from all backgrounds, including LGBTQIA+ and celebrate the uniqueness of each person. My approach is inclusive, empathetic, and respectful of your experiences. As a grounded and open-minded counsellor, I encourage you to express every aspect of yourself. I am here to listen and support you.
I utilise a blend of Humanistic, Psychodynamic, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, tailored to your unique experience. My aim is to deeply understand your personal experiences and their origins. Through this exploration, we can address patterns and behaviours that affect your life, offering insights and paths for change and growth.
I incorporate art therapy, mindfulness, breath work techniques to help manage difficult emotions and thoughts. Additionally, I work with Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy to help clients connect with deeper emotional layers. I also offer specialised integration therapy for those with psychedelic experiences. With a broad knowledge and deep interest in this area, I provide a safe space to explore and understand these profound journeys.
My experience encompasses working with a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, sexual and physical abuse, domestic violence survivors, addiction, and bereavement. Additionally, I have a deep understanding and experience in working with neurodiversity, including ADHD and autism, recognising the unique strengths and needs in this area.
Every individual's journey is honoured, and I am here to support you with compassion and professional skill every step of the way.

Honestly, could not have been luckier to meet a great therapist as her! Honestly an 11 out of 10 for everything. Always going above and beyond, so patient and knowing so much how to communicate. I cannot find enough to express how happy I am about our sessions! Been almost a year now and the help she gave me is gigantic.

Elena's lovely, kind, patient and fun to chat to - it's been very easy and natural to build a rapport and feeling of safety with her which leads of open, honest and useful discussion. Elena's always been perceptive to my own contradictions - offering routes for me to reach my own conclusions. She's also very understanding when sessions need cancelling or changing.
