About me

Eleni received her bachelor’s degree in social work at Carthage College and completed her master's degree in social work at University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

Eleni specializes in working with young adults, but works with all populations. She specialized in school social work and has her certificate in CBITS (Cognitive Behavioral Interventions for Trauma in Schools). She is also passionate about working with individuals who have struggled with low self-esteem, life obstacles, body image difficulties, anxiety and trauma.

Eleni utilizes a strength-based approach that empowers her clients to embrace who they are. She focuses on integrating treatment models such as commitment and acceptance therapy and Cognitive Behavioral therapy.
