Eleni helped me challenge my mental health issues and make positive changes in my perspective. She helped me get my life back together. She is a great, clinically focused therapist and I would recommend her to anyone.

Eleni helped me pull myself out of a very difficult time. She always approached our sessions with sincere empathy while also helping me navigate through various suggestions on how to resolve my issues. Thanks to Eleni, I now feel more myself than I have in a very long time. She’s a wonderful therapist and I highly recommend her!

Eleni was super helpful and understanding in listening to the challenges that I've been working through and working to get better with. She was able to be empathetic but still push me to open myself to different views of how to see things from my partner's perspective which has greatly helped improve the relationship with myself and with my girlfriend. I highly recommend working with Eleni.

Eleni was wonderful to work with and made this a very pleasant experience. She really helped me understand the deeper causes of the problems I was having, and offered excellent insight throughout the process. I now feel like I have the tools to continue to move forward confidently, and I have Eleni's expert guidance to thank for that.

Eleni is such an empathic person and overall a wonderful human being. I have avoided therapy for the longest time but she (within 2-3 months?!) helped me open up, be more vulnerable, and recognize certain things within myself. It's just the person that she is; her warm personality immediately makes you feel safe and comfortable. No topic is ever feeling "stupid" to talk about; it's always relevant and it matters which was my biggest fear starting this process. The mindset of "so many people have it worse than me, why would my problems matter?". It's not easy whatsoever but I can share things with her that I have never been able to share or be honest about; even when it's with myself. One of the biggest factors as to why I'm sticking with this process is her nonjudgemental and well-rounded personality so I couldn't have chosen a better person to start this journey with...

She is easy to talk to and makes you feel very comfortable even with tough topics or something that would be difficult to discuss with someone you just met.
