I am a licensed clinical social worker with master degrees in both social work and clinical psychology. I tend to work from a cognitive behavioral approach however I am trained in a number of treatment approaches including psychodynamic, client centered, solution-focused and dialectical behavioral therapy. I have over 10 years of experience working with clients from all walks of life who struggle with anxiety, bipolar disorder, thought disorders and anger management. No matter what you have done or how much you are hurting, I believe everyone has the potential to live a satisfying life. You set the pace and we’ll move towards your goals.
