Elisa is a god send. She’s highly professional and exudes a level of empathy that is unmatched, a listening ear that feels more than comfortable and delivers a word/solution that is both effective and soft.
In my time with Elisa she has provided a safe space free of judgement with a listening ear and provides an effective solution to the wide range of issues which I’d been facing going into my journey in improving my mental health. If I’m being frank, I struggled, battled and even resisted the idea of seeking counsel. And Elisa very quickly became the confidante which my skeptic self very much needed.
I struggled with issues of confidence, setting boundaries, and anger/sadness (regulating and delegating my emotions)
I wouldn’t be where I am or feel the way I do or pursue and carry on through my day to day were it not for Elisa’s counsel. I would recommend Elisa to anyone new and familiar with therapy. Again she is an ABSOLUTE godsend!!!!!

Elisa is an incredibly intelligent and nuanced therapist, which is great for someone who feels that they have a sufficient amount of self-awareness while also realizing there is use for a professional to provide a structured, dogmatic approach to indefinable feelings of grief and loss.
