Elisha has changed my life!! I’m beyond happy to say I’ve gained so much love and trust for myself and towards people, and am able to navigate difficult situations with way more wisdom and self trust. I worked with Elisha for a few months and she helped me navigate difficult relationships, what I didn’t realise was that I started making decisions that I would have never done, creating a life that felt deeply more unsatisfying. Taking a solo trip to London twice led to making aligned friends. Creating standards in who I actually want to be in a romantic relationship with. Tracing back habits that I kept having, opening my heart up again slowly to love. Deciding to follow my dreams of how I truly want to live my life with my career! I’m so blessed to have met Elisha!! She made me feel so safe to open up. I didn’t feel judged, for the first time I felt seen, heard. And that in itself with all the amazing results, was the best result!! How she listened to me, it healed something in me, a part of me yearned for!! I’ve fallen so much more in love with life and the woman I’ve become and am becoming!!
Thank you Elisha! You are a wonderful therapist!!

She is my first therapist, she quickly spot what i am having difficulties in. She is really patient and listen to my concern and guide me into reflecting my approach, gave me some tips and tricks for me to do, opening my eyes towards how small changes can lead to big differences for your mental health! Highly recommended
