Eliza Warde, LMFT
About me
I have been a practicing Marriage and Family therapist for the past 15 years. I have worked in a private practice as well as a clinic setting helping adults, both young and older, address issues and challenges in their lives. I believe in providing clients with empathy and unconditional positive regard while focusing on positive emotions, engagement in enjoyable activities, relationships with family and friends and finding a life purpose. The relationship between client and therapist is very important to successful therapy, so getting to know each other is a vital first step. I am a former professional athlete, so am aware and knowledgeable regarding performance, stress and competitive issues.
I have a B.A. in Psychology from Stanford University and a Masters in Counseling Psychology. I enjoy nature and the outdoors while hiking with my dog.

Eliza, Is great strong listener understanding and supportive. As a person who finds it hard to express myself to others. I found it very easy to express how I’ve been feeling, also helps me be okay with my current feeling. Has helped me gather my scrambled brain and put things back in their correct order. Slowly getting things back tougher thanks to Eliza’s help.
