Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Elizabeth Lee. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

In a relatively short period of time, Elizabeth has helped me in numerous ways, for which I am so grateful. She is brilliant, personable, and compassionate. I have entrusted her with information and experiences I have never shared with anyone. She has helped me gain perspective, self awareness, and understanding of myself. She is highly knowledgeable about complex trauma, and subsequent modalities of healing. I would absolutely recommend her to a friend.

It’s been about a year since I started working with Elizabeth Barraza. During this time, I made tremendous strides in identifying reasons for my reactions to and/or feelings about certain situations then modifying how I view those past events and their affiliated feelings; so that my future reactions reflect the person I want to be. She is a great listener and she gives me a lot of food for thought about the issues I discuss with her. She was/is a wonderful guide who helped me obtain a healthier and more resilient mental state. I also appreciate her ability to help me view my past challenges from a Christian perspective. We don’t dive into this every session but it was something I was seeking in my counselor. I look forward to continuing my counseling sessions with Elizabeth. I’m very curious how much I will grow in the coming year(s).

Even though I’ve only had a couple sessions with Elizabeth, she has shown great concern over my mental health & always tries to find the best solution strategies to help me get through situations.

Elizabeth, in the three sessions we have had, has already taught me a handful of techniques for my anxiety, and the last two weeks would have sucked without her.

Elizabeth is amazing! I’ve only had a few sessions and I feel so glad to have been connected with her. She’s kind, smart, and understanding. I’ve been sleeping better and feeling lighter since meeting her.

I've had a great experience working with her so far. I feel like she is really listening to me and taking the time to understand where I'm coming from even when I'm a little disorganized in my storytelling, and I feel really at ease opening up to her. I also really appreciate the flexibility with scheduling, I've had to cancel a video session last minute and it was easy to reschedule for the next day. All in all it's been really productive working with her so far and I appreciate her compassion and expertise.
